The challenge
The client operates testing and innovation laboratories across several regions. Information on lab health, performance and utilisation was held in manual spreadsheets and shared Excel files, which made timely, data-driven decisions difficult for leadership.
Our solution
Quantana is designing and building a centralised, responsive web platform that replaces manual processes with structured data entry, real-time dashboards, automated escalations and an AI insights layer, for four tiers of user: global, regional, site and lab.
Scope and delivery
The statement of work covers eleven modules and was agreed in September 2026.

- Single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID and role-based access, so users see only the data relevant to them
- Global, regional and site dashboards with heatmaps, region ranking and drill-down
- Structured daily updates and downtime root-cause logging
- Notification and escalation engine with configurable thresholds
- AI insights: downtime pattern analysis, daily digest, improvement recommendations and trend forecasting
- Document repository, full audit trail and a self-service admin panel that needs no code changes
